Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, email us, or engage our services, we collect details such as your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you’re interested in, and the contents of your message.

Payment information. When you pay online, payment-card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We may retain limited transaction records (such as amount, date, and the last four digits) for accounting.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and our hosting/analytics providers) may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies.

Client engagement data. During a project we may process data within systems you ask us to build or maintain. We handle that data under our agreement with you and as a service provider/processor on your behalf.

To respond to inquiries and provide quotes and services;
To process payments and maintain accounting and tax records;
To communicate with you about your project, including SMS where you have opted in;
To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
To comply with legal, regulatory, and KYC/KYB obligations of our banking and payment partners; and

4. SMS / text messaging privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used only to send you the messages you requested from HRGC Mentors LLC.

We send text messages only to individuals who provide prior express consent (for example, by checking the opt-in box on our contact form). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. 5. Cookies and analytics

As an indication, accounting and tax records are typically retained for seven (7) years where required by law, and inquiry or contact messages that do not result in an engagement are generally deleted within twenty-four (24) months. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
