What does HRGC Mentors LLC do?
HRGC Mentors LLC is a U.S.-registered technology firm with two core pillars: we build software (custom software, websites and web apps, cloud and DevOps, systems integration, and support) and we mentor the people behind it (1:1 technical mentorship, team upskilling and training, and engineering advisory). You can engage us to build, to mentor, or both.
What kind of mentorship do you offer, and who is it for?
Technical mentorship is core to what we do. We provide structured 1:1 mentorship for developers, engineering managers, and technical founders — covering code and architecture review, technical decision-making, and career growth — plus hands-on team training and upskilling workshops tied to your real codebase. It is professional, B2B technical mentorship, distinct from general life or career coaching.
How do I pay for services?
Standardized packages can be paid online by debit or credit card through our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). Larger custom projects are invoiced on net terms against a signed statement of work. We never store full card numbers on our own systems.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes — our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains deposits, milestone billing, cancellation, and the circumstances under which fees are refundable. It is linked in the footer of every page.
How do you handle data security and privacy?
We follow least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and confidentiality obligations on every engagement, and we process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor.
Will I receive text messages, and how do I opt out?
We only send SMS text messages to people who explicitly opt in (for example, by checking the consent box on our contact form). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
